What you need to know about ordering custom furniture...

Can I customize any ABREGO piece?

Absolutely! All our pieces are fully customizable and we encourage you to make a piece that's perfect for your space.

Where is ABREGO furniture made?

All our pieces are made locally in San Juan Capistrano, CA. We have upholstery and a woodworking in one shop. 

Can I return my item?

- Our made-to-order items are final sale. If you change your mind, there is a 24 hour period after your purchase is made to receive a refund. Once an order is placed, materials are purchased immediately for production. If dimensions or materials need to be modified, please contact us immediately. After a 24 hour period any adjustments to your furniture order may result in an add service and will be billed accordingly. Click here for additional information 

When will my order ship?

- Because most of items are made-to-order, depending on the size, complexity and time your order was purchased, shipment times may vary. We will reach out to you after your order is placed with current lead times and pricing for shipping. You can email us before placing your order to inquire on lead times and cost of shipping. 

- Lead times are not guaranteed - due to demand, the time an order is received and some market conditions that our out of our control, your lead time is an estimate. We always do our best to complete your items within the given lead time. 

- PLEASE NOTE: SHIPPING IS NOT CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT. You will receive an email after your order to pay for 3rd party shipping, set up pick up, or local delivery.

Can I modify or add items to an order that has already been placed?

- If you need to modify an order, please let us know within 24 hours of your purchase or an additional charge may apply. Yes, you can always add items to your order. Additional lead times may apply.

Do you offer trade discounts?

- Yes! You can fill out and submit your items here for a trade discount.

Do you use COM or COL fabrics?

- If you would like to use your own fabric or leather, please submit a spec sheet of your preferred product so we can confirm its usage on your made-to-order piece. We have a number of fabric sources in house you can come by and choose from. 

How do I care for my furniture?

- For our upholstered items, we recommend a professional cleaner only. For our wood and metal items we recommend an eco-friendly non-abrasive cleaner be used or just a damp cloth. Dry the affected area immediately. We use durable materials to protect our products, but because wood is a natural material, it should be treated with care.

- For Wood Goods, we provide a hand applied oil finish from Rubio Monocoat. We recommend reaching out to them or checking out their website for their Refresh and Cleaners to keep your product in good condition. Their products are also available on Amazon. - To protect your wood, use coasters and wipe up spills. Do not use abrasives. Keep out of direct sunlight or long periods of sun exposure. The ideal temperature for wood is keeping it in a consistent 70 degree F environment.

 Can I order swatches?

- Yes, there is a $15 charge for wood swatches. Due to natural variations of wood, the color and grain my cary from the sample. Please send us an email here and we will reach out shortly to collect payment. 

If you are a trade designer, 6 fabric swatches and 6 wood swatches are free. Please email us to place your request.
